PhilWeb Corporation has secured an exclusive partnership with Pragmatic Play that will allow licensed gaming operators in the Philippines to access the international supplier’s gaming services through the local technology company.
The agreement gives them a stronger role in the country’s regulated online gaming market as it expands its technology and B2B Gaming services. The company said the arrangement will use its remote technology infrastructure and API integration to connect operators with Pragmatic Play’s portfolio.
Pragmatic Play works worldwide in iGaming software. It is known for casino games like slots. It also offers live casino products. The platform is built to connect with regulated markets using one API. Operators can reach several products through that one technical link. Pragmatic Play also has permits from gaming regulators. These are in key gaming regions.
Under the new agreement, licensed Philippine operators can make Pragmatic Play content available to their customers through PhilWeb, subject to regulatory approvals and individual commercial agreements. The iGaming software provider and PhilWeb expect the services to become available during the third quarter of 2026.
The deal could strengthen the company’s relationships with operators already using Pragmatic Play products.
For PhilWeb, the arrangement also supports its plan to build a larger technology-driven business around B2B Gaming. Instead of focusing only on direct gaming operations, the company is expanding services that allow licensed operators to use gaming content, platforms and infrastructure.
The partnership places PhilWeb between international suppliers and local operators. This position could give the company more opportunities to build recurring revenue from technology services as more licensed businesses seek access to established gaming brands.
The agreement also gives Pragmatic Play a local technology and commercial partner. For an iGaming software provider operating across regulated markets, a local infrastructure arrangement can help streamline access for operators while keeping deployment within the requirements of the Philippine market.
The iGaming software provider’s products reach customers through its technology platform, which can help operators add different forms of online gaming without building each product themselves.
The company said the partnership could also create a base for additional agreements with international gaming services companies. That strategy could expand its range of technology-enabled offerings and support its goal of becoming a broader technology provider.
PhilWeb says this step is part of its ongoing shift toward being a tech and digital infrastructure provider for regulated gaming. The firm posted a return to profit. Its net income reached P13.9 million. For the same period, its online e-gaming services brought in P79.3 million, or roughly 34% of the total sales.
The company also launched OKADA PLAY with Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment earlier in 2026. The platform uses the company’s online gaming technology and adds another example of its strategy to provide infrastructure and services to established gaming operators.
For the Philippine market, the Pragmatic Play agreement adds another major international content supplier to the local ecosystem. It also reflects the growing role of technology firms that connect licensed operators with global gaming products. It could support further growth in local gaming.
The financial impact for the iGaming software provider of the new partnership remains unclear because the companies have not disclosed commercial terms. Revenue will depend on the number of participating operators, the services they use, and the agreements reached with each operator.
Still, the exclusive arrangement gives the company a new commercial channel as it develops its technology business. Pragmatic Play can use this deal to reach licensed operators through a partner in the Philippines.
What happens next will depend on permits from regulators and on the contract terms. If everything goes ahead as expected, this collaboration may play a bigger role in the company’s B2B gaming work and help it stay strong in the regulated online gaming space in the country.
