FC Bayern Munich has signed a three-year commercial partnership with Asian iGaming brand Mega Casino World, adding another regional deal to the club’s growing business network across the continent.
The agreement names Mega Casino World as an Official Regional Partner and covers markets in most of Asia. The partnership will run across three football seasons and remain in place until June 30, 2029.
The deal gives Mega Casino World a commercial platform to run promotions and football-related communications in the covered markets. It also gives the club another route to connect with football audiences in a region that has become an important part of its international business strategy.
FC Bayern Munich said Asia remains an important market for its commercial plans. Rouven Kasper, the club’s board member for marketing and sales, said the agreement should help broaden its reach and strengthen its commercial presence in Asia.
For Mega Casino World, the partnership links the iGaming company with one of Europe’s best-known football clubs. The brand can use the relationship for regional marketing activities and campaigns connected to the club, subject to the terms of the agreement and local rules.
The deal also follows earlier ties the company has had to football. In 2023, the iGaming brand teamed up with Bundesliga International. The new agreement takes that relationship further by connecting the brand directly with a leading Bundesliga club across several Asian markets.
The deal comes as Bayern continues to add and renew commercial partnerships in different sectors.
The latest agreement also adds to the list of Bayern Munich sponsors and commercial partners that help the club build its presence outside Germany. Regional agreements allow the club to work with companies that target specific groups of fans and customers.
Bayern Munich sponsors can gain access to the club and tap into its global fan base. Some brands also use regional links to plan local promotions instead of one single global message.
FC Bayern Munich is active in Asia. The club works through a set of contacts, including a team in Seoul plus offices in Shanghai and Bangkok.
This deal does not position the iGaming firm as a shirt-front sponsor, complying with recent news about club sponsorships. The company is listed as an Official Regional Partner.
No one has shared the deal value. FC Bayern Munich also did not release any financial details. And it did not explain what marketing rights come with the deal.
The partnership runs until the '29 season. That timeline gives both parties more room to build work across Asian markets. For the iGaming brand, the agreement links it directly with FC Bayern Munich. For FC Bayern Munich, it expands its commercial network in a region where it continues to build its international presence.
The agreement also shows how football sponsorship continues to connect clubs with companies from industries outside traditional sports. Bayern Munich sponsors now include brands from several business sectors, while regional partnerships give companies a way to target specific markets through established football audiences.
As the three-year FC Bayern Munich agreement begins, its public impact will depend on the campaigns and activities that the two sides develop across Asia. The club has positioned the partnership as part of its wider international strategy, while the iGaming brand gains a new platform for regional brand activity.
